For those of you in the Chicagoland and/or southeaster Wisconsin area, there is a phenomenal speaker named Shawn Bolz coming to a conference this week in Crystal Lake, IL (thank you to our secret source for the information). While we will be unable to come down, we highly recommend that anyone who can tries to get there to hear Shawn speak. (I don't really know the other speakers of the ministry that the conference is hosted by, so I can't really recommend either way on those). You can look at the website for the conference (or at Shawn's website) for more information, but he is speaking on Thursday and Saturday evenings as well as leading a time of "soaking" (basically being in the Lord's presence) on Friday afternoon.
Shawn is a pastor/prophet/speaker with an amazing ministry to young adults He was here for a conference and spoke at our church last spring and just blew us away. Completely down to earth yet amazing, humble, filled with God and definitely called, blessed and anointed by God in his ministry calling to young adults. I think many of you would would really enjoy him and be refreshed by him.
