"TIME TO BREAK FREE. NOTHING CAN STOP ME"

Tom and I are moving to a new apartment. Yes, we just did that about a month ago. But the cockroach problem we moved into is not getting any better. I saw two of them (or the same one really trying to freak me out) a couple of days ago in the middle of the afternoon, one of which was crawling on the arm of our couch. My dear sister was the one who experienced my freaking out post-viewing this disgusting, yet slightly comical pest. For your educational improvement, seeing them in the middle of the day is a bad sign, as they are nocturnal and not big fans of lights.

Needless to say, the problem has escalted to the point of confrontation with the management about where to go from here. We were offered two options: move to a different apartment in the same complex or mutually terminate the least with no penalty against us. We had less than 24-hours to make a decision. We looked at one place, which came recommended (after mistakenly going to a 55+ community first, which was embarrassing) and have decided to move there. After praying about it, thinking about it and analyzing the current situation, we really feel that our current situation isn't the right one to be in and that God has this new place for us. It is a smaller apartment (1-bedroom) and will be tighter on space than we are used to, but is also very nice and feels comfortable and clean and will come with no bug infestation in the un-written print of the lease agreement.

You can look at it (in not much detail) at the management website. Or come visit (after we move in).
